Delivery

Orders leave Somerset within one working day. UK delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked 48, normally two to three working days.

Returns

Change of mind returns are accepted within fourteen days of delivery, provided the item comes back complete and in a resaleable state. Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty.

Faults

If a monitor stops working, contact us before returning it. A good number of faults turn out to be a probe connection or a power supply, both of which we can sort without you posting anything.

Warranty

Monitors carry a twelve month warranty. Probes are treated as a consumable, since the tips wear with time in wet soil, and are not covered beyond the first three months.

This policy sits alongside your statutory rights rather than replacing them.
