You can, but be aware that many guest networks isolate devices from each other, which would stop your phone opening the monitor page directly. If you want to open the monitor on your home network, put it on your main wifi. If you only ever use the cloud or Home Assistant, a guest network may be fine, as long as it allows the monitor to reach the internet.
