plantsense-xxxxxx.local does not load for me

The .local address relies on a discovery feature that most devices have but some networks block. If it does not work, find the monitor’s numeric address instead. Your router’s admin page lists connected devices with their addresses, look for the PlantSense one and use that number in your browser.

Once you have the number you can bookmark it. If you use the cloud or Home Assistant, neither relies on the .local name at all.
